Should i give positive or neutral feedback on an online purchase?

I ordered a "collector's set" of the carol burnett show from ioffer.com with 91 episodes for my mom for xmas. Here is the description:

Item arrived with fast shipping, however, all 8 dvds were just stacked on eachother in 1 dvd case. They had plain white labels with no writing on them, and I have reason to believe the episodes were edited only to contain the sketches (The show also had musical numbers and q-and-a segments.) The sketches are all i really cared about but I have to wonder if anything else was edited out since the episodes are supposed to be 54 min. and these are like 22 min.

The product was worth the 18.98 for this many hours of good show in my opinion, but should i leave positive or neutral feedback??????|||Neither - You should leave negative feedback. The items do not MATCH the item description. They may have notes of similarity, but definitely do not match. And the way they were shipped could have cause damage to the disks for all they know. Be honest and leave a negative.|||Well, I get the impression that you received pirated copies of what you ordered. DO you think that is possible, or do you think they really were simply copies of a master DVD that were edited?

Hard to advise you on this.|||Your description sounds like that of a pirated product. Then again, you did only pay $18.98 for it.
