Dry bumps on my face after making out?

I'm a guy. Today I noticed I have bumps on my face; more specifically on my right cheek to chin bone area. My skin never breaks out like this. Normally I'd have a few TINY bumps here and there. However these are all fairly large and concentrated on one region. I also noticed that the skin is somewhat dry and flaky there too. I normally take very good care of myself (I'm a health nut) and my skin has never broken out like this before.

The only thing that I think could have caused this is that I made out with a girl in bed for two nights in a row for HOURS. She wouldn't let me touch her private so we did none of that; it was more just kissing, sucking, groping etc.

Sometimes I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne wash to clean my face (like up to 4 times a month... Bar soap or bath soap is normally good enough). I figured I'd use it tonight, and when I applied the product to my face, the bumps were painful. It wasn't unbearable, but they were painful enough for me to cringe and get very mad.

I'm in college and appearances are everything. I must deal with this. What about making out with this woman could have caused this? Can skin-to-skin contact transfer bumps like this? Is this avoidable or must I avoid her?|||Maybe you are allergic to females. Try kissing a guy instead.|||it could be if you have facial hair, your hair may have rubbed up against your face causing the bumps. I'd say if it doesn't get any better in the next couple of days you might want to talk to the girl and see if she knows anything about it. if not, I would go to the doctor. hope it gets better!|||could be one of many things. it could be the bedding was washed with a detergent that your skin is having a reaction to. don't sleep or lay in that bed. if it's your bed wash the bedding with different detergent, if they don't clear up in a week go to your doctor.

good luck. hope this helps.|||unrelated, calm down.|||see a dermatologist. could be something in the bed. and could be facial herpes|||It could be herpes.
