What are the costs/benefits of going to an out of state/region university for a graduate program?
Are there certain things that will influence one to choose this option, such as scholarships?
So you aren't mistaken, I'm referring to transferring to a more prestigious university (that is out of state) after you complete your undergraduate studies for graduate studies.|||well, if you live in nj like me, you know that the average in state tuition and total fees are the highest in the country and not to mention, the most expensive instate college in the usa. its also cool to get away from your parents.
