Can I get a job outside of the midwest despite having a degree from a college in the midwest?

I am currently studying at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (Ranked anywhere from 5th-20th nationally, depending on majors and who did the rankings), and I was wondering if even though I am graduating from a top ranked business school with a degree in Finance, will I be able to find work in say California, Arizona, Colorado, or even Hawaii. I am only a freshman now, and the reason I ask is because I hate the midwest's weather and way of life. I am looking to move somewhere warm and laid back, but I also cannot stand the humidity (hence why I left Florida, Georgia..... out). Also would I be better off transferring to another school in that region with a less prestigious program, or should I stay here and wait it out. I am looking to get out of the midwest right away.........not work in Chicago for 2 years and leave like most suggest.......if at all possible.

Thanks!|||you can work anywhere there is a job available and as long as a company will hire you. your degree doesn't limit you to certain sections of the country. don't be too picky. there is alot of people out there that can't find work even in places they don't even want to live.|||if you decide to move to california or hawaii make sure you have a job lined up first before you move. unemployment is very high in these states, 13%, but feels like 20% in some places. companies just arent hiring. you would have better luck in arizona or florida. good luck and dont move before you have a job!|||Yes, many people have done so. See if you can get an internship in an area you find attractive. Talk to an adviser at the Undergraduate Career Services Office about what you can do to land a good internship.|||Of course you can get a job anywhere as long as you qualify and the employer feels you are well-suited for them. Be sure to make an extended visit to be sure a job is got you.
